Freedom Convoy spent night in Kingston
Hundreds of truckers protesting cross-border, COVID-vaccine mandates motored through central and southern Ontario yesterday, stopping in Kingston for the night
Supporters gathered on highway overpasses along the route to cheer them on while also pushing for a return of all freedoms the pandemic has stripped away.
Today, truck convoys from all over Canada will head to Ottawa to prepare for tomorrow's ``freedom rally'' on Parliament Hill.
Security forces on the Hill are bracing for 10,000 protesters to set up camp in the capital's downtown.
Multiple police forces are co-ordinating plans for any response.
Ottawa's police force says it welcomes peaceful protest, but not violence or hatred.
