Niagara Regional Police have arrested a suspect in a shooting that occurred in Fort Erie in October.
A man was shot multiple times in a home on Village Creek Drive on October 25th, but survived.
Following an investigation by detectives, an arrest warrant was issued for 30 year old Aynla Mustafa Hassan of North York and yesterday, Hassan was arrested by police in Toronto.
Hassan is facing multiple charges, including attepted murder, aggravated assault and careless use of a firearm.
He is set to appear by video link in St. Catharines court today for a bail hearing.
