44-year-old Kevin Kohl has been labeled a dangerous offender and sentenced to an indefinite term in prison.
An incident that dates back to September of 2015 saw the man sexually assault a 19-year-old woman in the bathroom of a Candian Tire. An Ontario court justice made the decision.
Being deemed a dangerous offender means the person will remain behind bars with no set date for release. The offender must wait seven years before being granted the chance to apply for parole.
