Two-month investigation leads to drug bust

An arrest of a St.Catharines resident and seizure of drugs and cash.

The NRPS has been looking into the sale of Fentanyl and Crystal Meth since January. 

After obtaining a search warrant officers entered a home in the Welland Ave. and Cushman Rd. area. 

In the home they arrested a 32-year-old woman and seized approximately $6000 worth of Crystal Meth, $2000 worth of Fentanyl and almost $3000 worth of cash. 

Windsor has been charged with the alleged criminal offences of:            

  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Fentanyl 

  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Crystal Methamphetamine 

  • Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime. 

She was released on a Promise to Appear for a court date of May 21 in St. Catharines.
