CP Rail strike ends
CP Rail and the union representing 3,000 workers including conductors, engineers and train and yard workers have agreed to final and binding arbitration to end a strike that began just before midnight Saturday.
Workers will return to the job at noon today.
CP President Keith Creel says the railway company is pleased to have an agreement that allows the company to resume essential services for customers and the North American supply chain.
