Several Vaccine Clinics Being Held in Niagara

Fourth doses available at local clinics.

Niagara Region Public Health is encouraging some groups to get a fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The agency recommends a fourth shot to people aged 80 and older, as well as anyone with high risk medical conditions, Indigenous community members and anyone who lives in congregate care settings.

Starting today, all Ontarians aged 18 and older can get a second booster.

Public Health suggests waiting six months after your last dose to get the best possible immunity.

As well, anyone who has had COVID-19 is encouraged to wait 90 days after their infection.

Public Health is running several clinics, including the following:

  • July 14-16, 19-23 - Niagara Falls, Canada One Outlet Mall (beside Urban Kids)
  • July 14-16, 19-23 - St. Catharines, Pen Centre (By Stars Menswear, Tim Hortons and Booster Juice)

Appointments will need to be made for fourth doses, but walk ins are available for first to third shots.

A full list of upcoming clinics is available here
