According to police, a man entered the properties through unlocked doors while the owners were asleep inside.

The suspect stole electronics, cash, tools, alcohol, keys, wallets and purses.

The value of the stolen goods is pegged at over $20,000.

In once incident, the homeowner woke up and found the man in her home on John Street.

He ran eastbound towards Bartlett Street.

Despite assistance from the NRPS K-9 unit, the suspect was not found.
