Police Looking for Man After Child Followed

They say man followed child home 2 nights in a row

Police are asking you to be on the lookout for a suspicious man believed to have followed a child home from a park.

They tell us they were called to a Fort Erie home after 9, Halloween night, to reports of a suspicious person.

Officers found out for the second night in a row a man showed up at the house, asking if a child arrived home safe after being at Sugar Bowl Park, on Central Avenue in Fort Erie.

Police add when the man was questioned by the parent, he identified himself as Patrick.

He is white, about 25-35 years old, 160lbs, with brown hair and a beard.   The man was wearing a baseball cap, blue jeans, and a green jacket with the words "COMMUNITY WATCH" on the front.

He left on a grey mountain bike.

Police believe the man shows up at the park often, and are asking anyone with video of the area, or other information, to reach out to them.
