Police are on the lookout for a 33-year-old man from Pickering, who could be connected to a shooting in Niagara Falls.
It happened at the Sundowner on April 20th, 2019.
The NRP says Kenneth Yu is wanted for several gun-related offences;
- Carry Firearm in a Careless Manner
- Carry a Concealed Weapon
- Discharge Firearm
- Possess Restricted Firearm
- Posses Firearm Contrary to Order
Yu was spotted in Toronto hours after the shooting. An OPP cruiser pulled him over on Highway 427, close to Finch Street.
He was arrested and charged with impaired driving, but police say he had falsely used the identity of a relative at the time of his arrest.
Yu is now wanted by the OPP for impaired driving and impersonation.
He does have connections throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Police say you should not approach Yu if you spot him. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts should contact police.
