Two men have been arrested and police are still looking for a third, after three people from St. Catharines were allegedly kidnapped.

Durham Regional Police say a man entered a bank on Kingston Road in Pickering on Thursday.

He said that he had been kidnapped, forcibly confined and forced to take money out of his account.

Officers found two other victims in a vehicle nearby and they arrested a 19-year-old man from Toronto.

He has been charged with several offences including break and enter, pointing a firearm and kidnapping.

Police say the three victims were not hurt and this is believed to be an isolated incident, not a random act.

Durham Police worked with the NRP to arrest another man in Niagara Falls on Saturday, but he has since been released unconditionally.

They’re still looking for a third suspect.

Police say he’s a 25-year-old man from Toronto and he should be considered armed and dangerous.

He could be driving a black two-door BMW in the 2009 model year.

The Ontario license plate number is CLJA289.

Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact Durham Regional Police by calling 1-888-579-1520. You can reach Detective Hawkes with extension 2528 or Detective Fisher with extension 2530.

If you spot the suspect vehicle, contact local police or call 911.
