One man has been arrested after another man was threatened with a pellet gun.

Around 6:15 p.m. on Saturday, police responded to reports of an armed individual near the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Crawford Place in the Falls.

Officers claim the suspect got into a dispute with a 24 year old man outside a multi-unit residence and pointed a pellet gun at him.

The suspect fled before police arrived, but was located and arrested near Buckley Avenue and Simcoe Street a few minutes later.

Facing numerous weapon-related charges is 42 year old Justin Ambursley of Niagara Falls.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 905-688-4111, ext. 1002200.
