NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh Expecting First Child

A little bundle of joy is on the way for NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh!

Singh posted the happy news on his Twitter account today, saying he and his wife Gurkiran Kaur are excited to become parents.

The pair were married in February 2018.

Kaur is a fashion designer and co-founded Punjabi clothing line Jangiro with her sister.

The news comes after Reuters sources stated an election will likely be called on Sunday.
