Animal advocacy group says it has evidence of an illegal dolphin show.

More accusations against Marineland.

Advocacy group World Animal Protection says it has evidence of an illegal dolphin show that occurred in June and has filed a complaint with police.

The group says the evidence was obtained when a staff member went to the park and saw the animals being used.

This comes after park officials were in court today in regards to use of marine mammals in its shows.

Under Canada's Criminal Code, captive marine mammals are not allowed to be used for entertainment purposes in shows.

Investigators and animal rights activists have accused the theme park of breaking the law.

However, the theme park says its shows are educational and no laws are being broken.
