Meanwhile in Canada, the Ukrainian Canadian Congress will be hosting about 40 Stand with Ukraine rallies and candlelit vigils in major cities across the country today. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be attending an evening vigil, but first he will be holding a press conference with Defence Minister Anita Anand in Toronto.
