This celebration of summer, rosé wines, and all things pink promises to be a delightful event that combines the charm of historic Niagara-on-the-Lake with the joy of a summer soirée. Join us at the Shades of Rosé Dinner and indulge in the magical ambiance, exquisite wines, and an evening filled with camaraderie and celebration.

Dress Code: Embrace all the shades of pink!

An extensive beverage list featuring some of the region’s best wines from local wineries, local craft beers from breweries and ciders from cideries will be offered to be pre-purchased for your table. Organize a group for your table of 8, choose some amazing beverages (see below), and what delicious food everyone will be bringing and decorate your table with pink then get ready to have a night to remember. To inspire you and your group for food and decor, the dinner will be set against the historic backdrop of Queen St under the clock tower of the Cenotaph with live music by George St. Kitts Band.

All you need to bring is your favorite food, tablecloth, tableware, and décor for your table (remember everything must be PINK). Tables and chairs will be in place and reserved in your name. Any wine, beer, or cider that you pre-order will be chilled and ready for pick up on arrival on-site.

Once, tables are purchased and confirmed you can pre-order the alcoholic beverages for the event.All alcoholic beverages must be pre-purchased by Monday, August 7th by 5 pm through the Chamber website. There will be a bar on-site on the day of the event selling limited pink cocktails provided by Spirit In Niagara Distillery.
