Wainfleet Man Wins $100,000 Encore

A man from Wainfleet has won the encore during the March 4th 649 draw.

Stanley Davies matched the final six of seven encore numbers to win 100 thousand dollars.

The winning ticket was purchased at Dain City Convenience in Welland.
