Thousands Move In for College and University

As many kids head back to school today, local college and university students have a day left to settle in.

Thousands of new students moved in to the residences at Niagara College and Brock University over the weekend. 

Nearly 500 first-year students moved in at Niagara College’s campuses in Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Over at Brock, about 2,400 students moved in with the help of hundreds of volunteers. 

Many students will have orientation events today, before classes begin tomorrow.
