Special Weather Statement Calling for Heavy Rainfall

Environment Canada is calling for a large amount of rainfall beginning today and lasting until tomorrow.

The agency is predicting a low pressure system that will eventually become heavy rainfall and potentially a thunderstorm.

Total amounts are sitting around 30 to 40 millimetres, though it is possible to become even more if a thunderstorm does hit.
