Sexual Assault Investigation at Niagara-on-the-Lake Outlet Mall

Niagara Regional Police are looking into an alleged sexual assault in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Officers believe happened at the outlet mall on May 4th and the victim was an 18-year-old woman.

A 24-year-old man from Niagara Falls has been arrested and charged.

Police believe there could be more victims out there. Anyone with information should contact their Criminal Investigations Branch by calling 905-688-4111, select option 3 and use extension 9994.

The investigation has not revealed any connection between this incident and human trafficking at this point.
