Private School Coming to Fort Erie

It will bring new life to an old school in Fort Erie.

Ownership of the old high school and elementary school on Central has been transferred to the Fort Erie International Academy.

FEIA is now the owner and will being renovations on the elementary school.

The private school is in the process of becoming an accredited Ontario school with the ability to grant secondary school diplomas.

The school is slated to open in September and will offer grades seven through 12.

FEIA plans to attract international and local students and focus on an "East meets West" perspective.

The private school looks to prepare the global leaders of tomorrow.
