OPP Charge Niagara Falls Physician with Fraud

A Niagara Falls doctor has been charged with fraud.

Provincial police also charged 53-year-old Andrew Taylor with uttering a forged document.

Officers have accused him of submitting bills to OHIP for services that didn't happen or were billed inappropriately.

The investigation continues.
