No Charges Laid in Welland SIU Investigation

The Special Investigations Unit will not be charging the NRP, in relation to a break and enter arrest in Welland.

It happened in the area of Burgar Street and Victoria Street on January 25th, 2019.

The 35 year old man had complained about arm pain during his arrest. Investigators determined that he fractured his arm before any police involvement.
