Niagara Transit's Gas Tax Revenue Funding Revoked

Niagara Transit Managers are scrambling to re-work their budgets after learning they will not be receiving the originally planned gas tax revenue.

Millions of dollars were set to be given to municipalities for their transit systems, though is now being revoked, with the government saying the program will be re-evaluated.

This has caused transit managers in the region to head back to the drawing board to figure out long-term expenses.
