Niagara Regional Police Services Board Approves Operating Budget for 2020

The Niagara Regional Police Services Board has approved a more than $154-million operating budget for next year.

That's a 5.3 percent spending increase when compared to this year, but Regional Council still has to give their approval.

If it's passed, the NRP would like to hire 40 uniformed officers by July 1st.
