Niagara Health Launches Digital Health Ecosystem

Niagara Health is celebrating an Ontario first.

They've launched a digital health ecosystem called Niagara Health Navigator.

This is the first mobile tool for integrated care in the province.

It's a digital system which allows patient information to be shared safely and securely with doctors, nurses and healthcare providers across the Region.

It offers real-time access to critical health information on a phone or tablet.

In time, Niagara residents will be able to use the navigator to book appointments and register in advance at the hospital.
