A Niagara Falls man has cashed in a $250,000 Lotto Max ticket, that he bought last year!

The OLG says Ernest Phillpott won big in the December 21st, 2018 Maxmillions draw.

He bought his golden ticket in his hometown, at the Food Basics on Montrose Road.
