High Water Levels Close Port Dalhousie's East Pier

Officials have closed off the east pier in Port Dalhousie due to high water levels in Lake Ontario.

Temporary fencing was installed in the area around the Dalhousie Yacht Club yesterday.

The City of St. Catharines will continue to monitor the situation as the water levels continue to rise.

The pier will remain closed until the everything goes back to normal.
