Free Feminine Hygiene Products in St. Catharines

The City of St. Catharines could be offering free pads and tampons at city facilities in the near future.

Councillor Greg Miller will bring forward a motion for the pilot project Monday night.

London City Council approved the idea, while Hamilton City Council turned it down last month.
