Fort Erie to Consider Potential Solutions to Prevent YMCA Closure

Fort Erie Mayor Wayne Redekop addressed the announcement made by the local YMCA regarding their decision to close.

Expressing his concerns for the people who utilize the facility multiple times a week, he says town staff will be looking into and pursuing any potential solutions to avoid the closure.

"It is an important facility in our community we are going to be looking at a range of possible solutions, and I'm quite confident that there will be some."

The EJ Freeland YMCA  made their announcement yesterday.
