He has some big shoes to fill.
Tony Baldinelli will be taking Rob Nicholson's place, as the Conservative candidate for Niagara Falls in the upcoming federal election.
Nicholson has been the MP for 24 years. He endorsed Baldinelli for the Conservative nomination after announcing his retirement.
On his Facebook page, Baldinelli says he would like to reduce taxes while growing the economy, stop illegal immigration while promoting legal immigration, protect the rights of legal gun owners and fight to repeal the federal carbon tax.
