Police say pepper spray was used toward a crowd of people in Welland, 4 teen boys injured

A 19-year old woman from Dunnville is wanted by police after some pepper spray was discharged at a crowd of people.

NRP arrived in the Wellington Street and Memorial Park Drive area of Welland late yesterday morning, where they found four teenaged boys had received minor injuries.

Police learned the suspect is Destynie Tempeny, and she's wanted on four counts of assault with a weapon.

Call police if you know where she is.
