The crash last month claimed the life of a Beamsville boy
Provincial police say they've charged a 31-year old woman from Mississauga with dangerous driving causing death and dangerous driving causing bodily harm after a crash that left a 10-year old Beamsville boy dead.
It happened on the QEW near Tufford Road, when police say a car rammed into the back of an SUV, and that vehicle then hit another.
Lucas Thomas died at hospital, while his mother and twin brother suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The woman in the 3rd vehicle, and her passenger, also suffered minor injuries.
Police add the woman charged was not hurt.
