A Windsor man has been arrested in connection to a St. Catharines fraud investigation.
Officers say police responded to a call for service at Cars Unlimited Niagara yesterday.
A male suspect was trying to purchase a 2021 Cadillac Escalade valued at about 170,000, using fraudulent ID.
Investigators determined the suspect had two fraudulent pieces of ID - a Social Insurance Number card and a British Columbia driver's license.
Facing charges is 34 year old Thierry Muana Mantungi.
