A woman from Welland has won the $250,000 grand prize off an Instant Crossword Deluxe scratch ticket.
Juvy Duffy bought it at the Circle K on Thorold Road in her hometown.
The 43-year-old personal support worker is going to use her winnings to pay some bills and buy a new vehicle.
She's also going to set some of the cash aside for her daughter's education.
