About 100 people will be attending Welland Mayor Frank Campion's fundraising breakfast this year.
The sold out event will be happening at the Blue Star Restaurant tomorrow morning and all the proceeds raised will going to United Way Niagara.
Campion will deliver his state of the city address at 8:00 a.m.
He will talk about some of the major capital projects from last year and he'll share his vision for 2020.
