The Welland Farmers Market will reopen in Market Square today.
It will be open on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. but there will be strict COVID-19 protocols in place.
Vendors will set up shop in the courtyard and shoppers have to enter through the east entrance.
A limited number of shoppers will be allowed in at a time and they will be encouraged to wear a mask.
City staff will be on site to monitor the situation and offer hand sanitizer.
The market closed on March 13th due to the pandemic.
