The City of Welland wants to hear from you about short-term rentals.
A short-term rental is defined as a dwelling that offers short-term accommodations in exchange for payment where the owner does not reside.
These kinds of accommodations are usually advertised via online platforms like Airbnb, VRBO and Flipkey, but excludes motels and hotels.
While short-term rentals are currently banned in Welland, the City has received complaints about a few properties.
