The force says it's a good idea for children to travel in groups, or with trusted adults.
Make sure those costumes have reflective tape, as dark costumes make it tougher for drivers to see someeone.
Police add to stay on sidewalks, and when you get home, inspect your treasures, and if anything looks suspicious, don't eat it.
