Two women have been arrested for a third time in connection to bank fraud.
Niagara Regional Police have been investigating complaints from August.
A bank reported the creation and use of fake accounts.
Two women were arrested and face additional charges of breaching court conditions and fraud.
The women were first arrested in March, and again April, as police found more victims.
The pair faces over 70 fraud and identity theft related charges.
