A COVID-19 outbreak has been declared at Tabor Manor in St. Catharines.
Radiant Care, the organization that owns the long-term care home, says two staff members have tested positive during a routine testing program.
They have since been isolated and officials are trying to track down anyone they came into contact with.
Niagara Region Public Health now has two healthcare facility outbreaks listed on its website.
The other outbreak is at Garden City Manor.
