Charges have been laid in a Thorold drug trafficking investigation.
The NRP has been investigating multiple reports of drug dealing in Thorold over the past few months.
Their investigation eventually lead to a home in the Chapel Street South and Welland Canals Parkway area.
Officers identified a man and a woman with connections to the home and arrested them in St. Catharines on Thursday.
A 50-year-old man from Thorold has been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and failing to comply with probation.
A 37-year-old woman from St. Catharines has been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and failing to comply with undertaking.
