Police found over $2,900 worth of cocaine and $6,715 in cash while searching a home in St. Catharines.
The NRP had been investigating the home on Leawood Court since March.
Officers observed a man making suspected drug deals from his vehicle, and they arrested him in the Glenridge Ave area on Wednesday.
Police have charged a 39-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000.
