Police confirm the man arrested is the same one arrested in a different murder case
Police have broken up more human trafficking in Niagara, this time in a case that involved the trafficking of a girl, under 18-years old.
The investigation started in August, which covered the Toronto area as well.
Two people from Niagara Falls were arrested this week.
Police have charged 43-year old Christopher St. Louis with procuring someone under 18, and 18-year old Samantha Rizzardo has been charged with:
- Trafficking in Persons under 18 years of age
- Procuring – Persons under 18 years of age
- Advertise Sexual Services
- Distribution of Child Pornography
- Material Benefit – Trafficking of Persons under 18 years of age
- Material Benefit from Sexual Services Provided by Person under 18 years of age
- Possession of Child Pornography
Both have bail hearings today, and police believe there are other victims.
Police also confirm to our newsroom that Christopher St. Louis is the same person charged with Indignity to a Body after a 22-year old woman's body was found in Niagara Falls, but the cases are not connected.
