Welland's annual Tulip Bulb Giveaway is back for another year!
The drive-thru event is being put on by the City of Welland Parks Department.
It'll take place at the Quaker Road Sports Complex from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 21st.
Residents will receive one bag of free tulip bulbs per vehicle.
Cars can enter the east side of the parking lot, pick up their bags on the west side and exit.
Attendees will be required to wear a mask.
