Police were investigating illegal drug activity in St. Catharines
A 26-year old Toronto area man is facing drug trafficking charges after an investigation in St. Catharines.
Niagara Regional police inspected a parked car in the area of Welland Avenue and Tasker Street on Tuesday, and found roughly $140,000 in suspected cocaine and fentanyl.
They say Tiroune Lloyd Hazell also faces a charge of possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000.
He had a bail hearing in St. Catharines, was released, and has a future court date in January.
