Niagara Region Public Health has flagged Nelles Beach in Grimsby due to safety issues.
As well, algae has been detected at Waverly Beach in Fort Erie, and Sunset Beach in St. Catharines has been deemed unsafe due to E.Coli.
During the summer, Public Health frequently tests the water at area beaches.
