You'll have to follow a detour if you take the Thorold Tunnel overnight.
The MTO will close the tunnel after 8:00 p.m. tonight, as crews install temporary steel decking in the North tube.
It will reopen at 5:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.
The tunnel again will be closed again during the same hours Thursday night and Friday night.
