He apologized to his wife for waking her in the middle of the night to tell her... it was ok, she was thrilled with the win
A Thorold man who won the lottery, apologized to his wife for waking her up in the middle of the night to tell her.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says Casey Jarzabek won just over $100,000 after playing the June 15th Lotto 6/49 draw.
The entrepreneur has been playing the lottery for decades, and eventually turned to playing online instead, with lost tickets being a thing of the past.
He was told by OLG of the win, and called his wife, who was out of town, and sleeping.
He says she was thrilled, considering they were just celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary.
The ticket was bought at OLG.ca.
