Police also charged a St. Catharines man, accusing them of robbing a man riding his scooter
A 14-year old boy, along with a 22-year old St. Catharines man, are charged after a man was robbed while riding his scooter.
Police were called around 4:30 Tuesday morning to the scene on Portage Road, near Fallsview Blvd in Niagara Falls.
Turns out the man was riding along when stopped by two people driving a stolen vehicle. Police believe a gun was pointed at him, at which time he was robbed, the suspects taking off in the vehicle along with the scooter.
Late Wednesday afternoon, police surrounded a Ferndale Avenue house in Fort Erie, where they caught the suspects after a short foot chase.
And at around 1, yesterday morning, police searched the house and recovered the stolen property.
Police say Kia Pagan Sandino is facing a raft of charges.

The 14-year old is charged with robbery with a firearm.
Police add further charges are expected.
Both had a bail hearing in St. Catharines yesterday.
