A St. Catharines woman has won $110,160 after supporting the Niagara Health Foundation.
Jackie Billard is the grand prize winner of the first ever Niagara Health Lottery.
It was a 50/50 draw and it raised money for the Mental Health and Addictions Program Family Resource Centre.
Billard had ticket number NH–2423288.
